Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • Cowboy boots must not have been worn outdoors or show signs of use.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact us at help@yantyx.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different size, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
